AAA Residential Contract

AAA Residential CBA Fact Sheet
Starting July 1, 2007:

  • Paid mileage for the first time - $0.20/mile
  • New wage scale - $9.73 to $10.77 – 2,000 hour steps
  • Paid time off – accrued at 1 hour for every 50 hours worked
    • 80 hour maximum hours
    • Cash out option – once per year
  • New healthcare!
    • $17/month employee premium
    • No annual deductible
    • Low copays
  • No more L&I premiums – equivalent to another $0.18 per hour
  • New grievance procedure and Labor-Management Committee to help resolve disputes between the AAA Residential and workers

Starting July 1, 2008:

  • Increase to $0.40/mile
  • New wage scale – 30 cents increase to all steps -- $10.03 to $11.07 – 2,000 hour steps
  • Paid time off – accrual rate increased to 1 hour for every 40 hours worked * New weekend differential - $0.25 per hour in addition to regular wage
